Following the overwhelming success of The Active Learning Trust's Inspiring Heads leadership programme, which was launched in July, plans for Inspiring Heads 2 are being announced today, with opportunities for a new co-hort to benefit from our unique approach to growing the leaders of tomorrow.
In an exciting development for the programme, we are delighted to welcome on board our new sponsors, Pupil Progress. With Pupil Progress’ position as trusted and innovative market leaders in education data tracking, and their understanding of the rewards and challenges of school leadership, there is a great deal future leaders can benefit from this partnership.
With Pupil Progress’ support, the remaining places on Inspiring Heads 2 can now be offered free of charge to future leaders from external Trusts, saving £400 on the previously advertised course fees.
In addition, we will also be supported by tech giants Apple who will host one of our sessions, inspiring delegates with their game-changing insights into innovation in leadership.
Jeremy Rowe, ALT’s Leadership Project Lead, said “The Inspiring Heads course is central to our trust-wide belief that leadership is the most decisive component of a successful school. For students to access the strong education we aspire to provide, it is essential that our schools have a leader that is ambitious for themselves, the school and the community. Leaders who understand that working with others benefits everybody.”
